VENDOR SET UP
> Here is your vendor set up information.
Before you unload, you must check in with Val.
> You may unload at the event center on the (Back NORTH side of the hotel only. These doors lead directly into the event center-Not the front door used by guests.
VENDOR SET UP-
Friday-= You must check in with Val before setting up! Usually we get in by 6pm. Not Guaranteed.
Saturday 7am-9:30am, Be early. Vendors, Please check in at the Natural Healing Booth for your vendor badges. Turn in your vendor badges prior to leaving.
All booths need to be open by 9:45am-
> Vendor Info packets with your vendor passes will be available Sat Morning at the Vendor Check In booth.
Sunday Check in time is 15 minutes before the show opens at 10am.

Reservations for vendors only $159.00/ Queen Room you must mention you are a vendor in the show. You must register your room early as the block closes 2 weeks prior to the show deadline Oct 8, 2024.
The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel & Event Center does not guarantee specific room type availability. Requests will be accommodated to the best of the Hotel’s ability. Hotel check-in time is after 3:00PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
All rates are subject to the prevailing city and state taxes. Currently, taxes total 10.875 % and are subject to change.
